Letter of Intent and Renewal Request Application Instructions
Below are helpful resources for completing our LOI/Renewal and Full Application Processes. All applications and paperwork must be submitted via our online portal.
We begin accepting letters of intent for the 2025-2026 cycle April 1, 2025.
Letters of intent are due by June 1, 2025.
The Baugh Foundation will notify organizations by July 15, 2025 whether or not they are invited to submit a full application.
Full applications are due September 1, 2025.
Organizations will be notified of funding decisions by Oct 31, 2025.
Grant payments will be made in early 2026.
